In such a situation, his appointment before the assembly elections is being considered an important part of the party's social and political strategy. BJP's eye on Brahmin vote bank

Brahmin community has been playing an important role in the politics of Uttar Pradesh for a long time. Apart from BJP, Samajwadi Party and Bahujan Samaj Party have also been trying to include this class with themselves.

BSP chief Mayawati had formed the government in the 2007 assembly elections with the help of Brahmin-Dalit social engineering. At the same time, Samajwadi Party is also trying to strengthen its hold among the Brahmin community in recent years. In such a situation, giving important responsibilities by BJP to leaders like Dr. Dinesh Sharma and Harish Dwivedi is being seen in the context of this political competition.

There have been discussions from time to time within the party and in political circles regarding the resentment of a section of the Brahmin community. In such a situation, the appointment of Brahmin leaders on important constitutional and organizational posts is being considered as an attempt to give the message of respect and political participation to the society.
