New Delhi:The dreams of the youth preparing for competitive examinations in the capital have now found a new destination. Taking steps towards education and youth empowerment, Delhi Police has started a new library named 'Lakshya Adhyayan Kendra' in Narela Industrial Area. This initiative is not limited to just books and chairs, but is an attempt to give wings to the dreams of those youth who want to write a new story of their future by preparing for competitive examinations.
'Lakshya Adhyayan Kendra' was inaugurated by Special Commissioner of Police Devesh Chandra Srivastava. On this occasion, Joint Commissioner of Police of Northern Zone Vijay Singh, Deputy Commissioner of Police of the district and many senior officers of Delhi Police were present. With the inauguration, a place of study became available to the students of the area, where they would be able to pursue their preparation in a calm and convenient environment.
Will get better environment for studies
An effort has been made to provide a better study environment to the students preparing for various competitive examinations at Lakshya Study Centre. Designed with a serene environment and necessary facilities, the aim of this center is to provide a conducive place for students to study. This initiative holds special significance for the students living in Narela and surrounding areas. There was enthusiasm among the local youth also after the opening of the library. According to Delhi Police, the aim of the center is to encourage the youth towards education and to assist them in preparing for competitive examinations.
'Lakshya' will be open all seven days
A special feature of this initiative is that the 'Lakshya Study Centre' will be open seven days a week. This means that the youth who are preparing for studies will have the opportunity to study throughout the week. During the inaugural program, senior officials stressed on continuing such initiatives in the interest of the youth.
