Eating boiled eggs not only has benefits but also disadvantages, people should be careful.

Those people consume eggs regularly to keep their body strong and healthy. Eating eggs not only strengthens the body but also keeps the body energetic. But if you eat eggs daily then it is very important for you to keep some things in mind. Many times we also ignore many things related to food. But do you know that boiled eggs, which are beneficial for health, also have some side effects.
Women’s Health has recently released a report on boiled egg diet, which is making a lot of headlines on online platforms. According to WH, boiled eggs include lean proteins (fish and chicken), non-starchy vegetables (leafy vegetables, broccoli, capsicum, asparagus and carrots), selected fruits (berries, lemon, grapefruit and watermelon) and low-fat items (butter, mayonnaise and coconut oil).
According to Erin Palinski Wade, a registered dietitian and nutritionist, people often eat boiled eggs with fruits for breakfast. Whereas in lunch and dinner they serve it in a plate with some vegetable or lean protein.
By reducing carbohydrates from the diet, our weight starts reducing. But this cannot be called a healthy trick to stay slim and fit. Palinski says that the biggest problem with the boiled egg diet is that by relying on it, our body does not get all the nutrients it needs.
WH quoting Kerry, another registered dietitian and nutritionist, told about all the food items which are excluded from our diet due to boiled eggs. Actually, due to Boil Egg diet, processed foods, vegetables like potatoes, corn, peas and beans are left out.
Those following the boiled egg diet are asked to avoid banana, pineapple, mango, dry fruits and sweet beverages. Why is doing this not good for your health? Two boiled eggs are considered a good snack. But is it okay to eat it throughout the day? Palinski doesn’t believe this is true for most people. It is also important to remember that along with the health-benefiting nutrients, eggs also contain cholesterol and saturated fat which can harm the health of our liver and heart.
According to a report published in the Canadian Journal of Cardiology in 2010, people who eat eggs daily have about 20 percent higher risk of cardiovascular disease. If you are eating two eggs two to three times a week then there is no need to worry.
