ENG vs PAK 3rd Test: England has announced its 15-member team for the third and last Test of the ongoing series against Pakistan. This match between the two teams will be played at Edgbaston from 9 to 12 September 2026. The England team has already achieved an unassailable 2-0 lead in the series and is now eyeing a clean sweep.

England defeated Pakistan by 194 runs in the second test. With this spectacular win at Lord’s, the host team captured the series. Now England will have a chance to win the three-match series against Pakistan 3-0 at Edgbaston.

England have not made many changes in their team for the third test. Joe Root will take over the captaincy of the team. In batting, players like Ben Duckett, Harry Brook, Dan Lawrence, Ollie Pope, Jamie Smith and Jordan Cox have been retained.

Young fast bowler Sonny Baker has also been retained in the team, while making only one change, fast bowler Matthew Fisher has been dropped from the team for the last Test. Apart from this, in the fast bowling department, Gus Atkinson is a part of the team along with Ollie Robinson, Joffra Archer, Sam Cook and Josh Tong as the main bowler.

The spin department includes Shoaib Bashir as the main spinner. The responsibility of wicketkeeping will remain with Jamie Smith and Jordan Cox.
