IND vs ENG 5th T20I: The fifth and last T20 match between India and England is being played at The Rose Bowl Cricket Stadium in Southampton. Once again the English batsmen have played with the Indian bowlers. Batting first, England has made the highest score in T20 International against India. England has made a huge score of 257 runs for just 3 wickets. Opener Jos Buttler and captain Harry Brook made a historic partnership of 233 runs for the second wicket. Butler scored a century. While Harry Brook scored unbeaten 95 runs.

England got an early blow in the form of Phil Salt

In this match against India, after losing the toss and coming to bat first, England’s innings was started by Philip Salt and Jos Buttler. In the very second over, Prasidh Krishna gave the first blow to England in the form of Phil Salt. Phil Salt was out after scoring 6 runs on 9 balls. After this, the Indian bowlers will never be able to forget the beating they received.

Record partnership of 233 runs between Jos Buttler and Harry Brook

This is the highest individual score in T20 International against India. Buttler was dismissed by Shivam Dubey, while Jacob Bethel became the victim of Shivam Dubey in the same over without opening the account.

Harry Brook played an unbeaten inning of 95 runs.

England captain Harry Brook stayed till the end and took the team’s score to 257. This is the biggest total against India in T20 International. Brook played an unbeaten inning of 95 runs in 45 balls. During this, 4 fours and 8 sixes came from his bat.

Indian bowlers flopped badly

In this match, Akshar Patel conceded 63 runs and Prince Yadav conceded 60 runs. Not only this, both of them were not even successful in taking wickets. Suryansh Shedge gave 39 runs in 3 overs without taking any wicket. Arshdeep Singh also spent 33 runs. Prasidh Krishna took one wicket for 38 runs. Whereas Shivam Dubey gave away 22 runs in the last over and took 2 wickets.
