The main objective of this scheme is to promptly resolve the pending PF related cases and queries of our members. EPFO has announced the initiative 'Nidhi Apke Paas 2.0' on social media platform 'X'. It also mentioned that EPFO will organize a camp on September 28 to inform about the schemes, benefits and services of the organization.
Visit the 'Nidhi Apke Paas 2.0' camp
The objective of this initiative is to bring EPFO's services closer to the members, so that they do not have to rely solely on the online process for their pending PF related matters. In that post, EPFO wrote, “Visit the 'Nidhi Aapke Paas 2.0' camp on 28 September 2026 to know about EPFO's schemes and benefits, understand the services and procedures from the authorities, and get immediate redressal of your grievances.”
Officers will listen to complaints
According to EPFO, in this camp you will be able to discuss your problems directly with the officials. So, if any of your work is not completed online or stuck due to a certain situation, you can raise your issues with the authorities. So that your problems can be solved at the earliest.
The special feature of the camps organized under 'Nidhi Aapke Paas 2.0' is that not only complaints will be heard, but your problems will be resolved immediately. So, if you have a pending complaint or you are facing a service problem, you can raise it with the concerned officer in the camp.
