In Bhadra area of ​​Hanumangarh district, a joint team of Agriculture Department and Administration has taken major action and busted an alleged factory manufacturing fake fertilizers. Suspicious fertilizer, packing material and other items worth crores of rupees were recovered during the raid. The administration has sealed the warehouse with immediate effect and started investigating the matter.

According to the information, based on information received from a farmer, a joint team of Agriculture Department and Administration raided an empty warehouse located in front of Hotel Desert and Sony Agency on Bhadra-Nohar bypass late night. During investigation, a case of fake fertilizer being allegedly prepared in the warehouse in the name of a company based in Sirsa, Haryana came to light.

A huge quantity of finished fertilizers, packing materials and other equipment were recovered in the raid. The administration’s initial estimate is that a conspiracy was being hatched to sell fake fertilizers to the farmers, which could cause financial loss to them.
