The general public can also give their suggestions now. If Railways finds the suggestions useful, changes will be made in the website based on them. The website will be fully launched once testing is complete.
Let us tell you that during the visit to Malviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT) in Jaipur in June, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav had announced to launch the new website of IRCTC by July 15. However, only the beta version has been launched yet. The new website will work at a faster speed than the old website. The interface will also be clean. It will be easy to make instant booking. Currently, booking tickets from the railway website is the most challenging task.
Railways said that the beta version of the website will allow users to provide feedback on the features of the new website. The feedback will identify areas where there is scope for improvement. These improvements will be included in future updates to improve the customer experience.
