How to make cashew curd

- Step 1: To make cashew curd, first take 75 grams of cashew nuts and then soak them in water for 6-8 hours. After the stipulated time, drain the water, wash the soaked cashews and put them in a blender jar. Add half a cup of water in the jar and make a very fine paste.

- Second step: Now turn on the gas, keep a pan and boil 150 ml water in it. When the water starts boiling, add agar-agar in it. When it dissolves completely in water, add prepared cashew paste to it and mix well.
