FIFA World Cup Final 2026: Football fever from Lucknow to Noida, hotels, multiplexes and sports bars fully booked for Argentina-Spain final

Lucknow. The excitement of the final match of FIFA World Cup 2026 has also reached its peak in Uttar Pradesh. Football lovers in many cities of the state including the capital Lucknow have made special preparations for the title match to be played between Argentina and Spain. Bookings to watch live matches have gone up at hotels, restaurants, sports bars, multiplexes, clubs and private screening venues.

According to Indian time, this match will be played at the New York-New Jersey Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, USA on Monday (late Sunday night) at 12:30 pm.

Multiplex and hotel become football hub in Lucknow

There will be live screening of the final match on big screens at INOX Megaplex Phoenix Palacio, Emerald Mall, PVR Lulu Mall and Cinepolis One Awadh Center Mall in the capital.

According to Sanjeev Sarin of Phoenix Palacio Mall, after the cricket matches, now there is a great response for the football finals and the booking of tickets is better than expected.

Avian is screening the finals and the third place match in its 225-seat auditorium. Here the match will be shown on a 16×8 feet LED screen. Hotel General Manager Akash Singh Rathod said that good bookings have already been made from many institutions including Air Base, IIM-Lucknow. The entry fee has been kept at Rs 199.

Special arrangements in cafes, sports bars and restaurants

There will also be live screening of both the matches at Celestial Manor’s 24-hour Opal restaurant. TGI Fridays has arranged for special match night combos, snacking menus and multi-screen viewing for football fans.

Apart from this, discos, lounges and bars located at Summit Building as well as many late night establishments in Gomtinagar and other areas are also ready to welcome football fans.

Tremendous enthusiasm among the fans of Messi and Yamal

There is tremendous excitement about the match among the fans of Argentina captain Lionel Messi and Spain’s young star Lamin Yamal. Messi supporters have prepared to encourage their team by wearing Argentina’s number-10 jersey, while Spain supporters also seem completely confident about their team’s victory.
