Florida Plane Crash Rescue: A huge plane accident has occurred in the sea near the Florida coast of America. The lives of 11 people narrowly escaped in this terrible plane crash. After the plane crash, everyone remained stranded in the sea with the help of a small life raft for about 5 hours. Amidst the strong waves and bad weather, their hope of getting any help was completely lost.

According to officials, this accident occurred due to engine failure of the aircraft during flight on Tuesday. The pilot showed great wisdom and made an emergency landing of the plane amidst the high waves of the sea. After this, the US Army and Coast Guard sent their helicopters and rescued all the passengers safely. Getting all these passengers out of the sea safely is being considered no less than a great miracle.

The accident occurred due to aircraft engine failure

According to officials, the plane that was the victim of the accident was a Beechcraft 300 King Air turboprop which fell into the sea. The plane was headed from Marsh Harbor on Great Abaco Island in the Bahamas to Grand Bahama International Airport. On Tuesday, during the flight, the engine of this small plane had completely stopped working midway.

The pilot very bravely made an emergency landing in the sea, about 80 kilometers away from Vero Beach, Florida. After this, the pilot safely evacuated all the 10 passengers present in the plane and took them safely to the yellow life raft. It is fortunate that only three people have suffered minor injuries in this huge plane accident.

Battle with death in the sea for five hours

The passengers had no means of contacting anyone for help. They continued to protect themselves by sitting under a tarpaulin amid the fear of a strong storm. For full five hours, all the passengers kept fighting for their death amidst the dangerous waves of the sea. The US Coast Guard received news of this major accident after the aircraft’s emergency beacon was activated. At that time a team from the 920th Rescue Wing of the Air Force was already on a training mission. The same team was immediately rushed to the spot for this special rescue operation.

Rescue teams searched for victims stranded at sea and lowered two additional life rafts and food supplies. After this, all 11 people were taken out one by one by helicopter amid waves 3 to 5 feet high. Everyone was brought safely to Melbourne Orlando International Airport where their condition is stable after treatment by the medical team.
