CBI Investigation NEET-UG Paper Leak: Sikar, the coaching hub of Rajasthan, has emerged as the main center of NEET-UG 2026 paper leak network. Now the CBI is investigating the possible links of coaching institutes, middlemen, students and relatives of the accused. Initial investigation has revealed that coordination of this network has started in Sikar. Accused Yash Yadav and Vikas had allegedly studied together in the same coaching institute in Sikar.
According to sources, initial investigation has revealed that the UG NEET paper reached Rajasthan through Yash Yadav. Yash knew Vikas Biwal. Vikas Biwal’s father, Dinesh Biwal, scanned the hard copy of the question paper and created PDF files of it. The accused had written the question paper by hand and then scanned it.
Inquiry from coaching institute and owners
It is being told that he had distributed this question paper among the students studying in the coaching centers of Sikar. Yash could not pass this exam. He is a student of Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medical Sciences. CBI has interrogated the staff and owners of the coaching institute. The students have said that they have given an amount between Rs 2 lakh and Rs 5 lakh.

At present, Shubham Khairnar has denied that he is the main mastermind of this conspiracy. CBI is trying to find out the source of this leak. The statements of the students as well as the accused are also being recorded. It is important to check money transactions.

Meanwhile, CBI has intensified investigation in the NEET-UG 2026 paper leak case. CBI has arrested 4 accused from Jaipur – Mangilal Biwal, his son Vikas, Dinesh Biwal and Haryana resident Yash Yadav. On Wednesday, all four were produced before a magistrate. After this, he was taken on transit remand to Delhi for further questioning.

The CBI is now also investigating the links between coaching institutes, middlemen and students associated with the accused. The investigation has now reached the relatives, who have passed the NEET exam and have taken admission in some medical colleges here. Sources said that accused Dinesh Biwal’s niece Sonia is currently studying in a medical college in Mumbai. Besides this, another sister Palak is also under investigation.
Examination of students studying in medical college
Along with this, CBI is also investigating the cases involving Mangilal Biwal’s daughter Prakriti, a student of Dausa Medical College, and Vikas, who was allotted a seat in Sawai Madhopur Medical College.
The NEET paper leak started from Dhananjay, a resident of Ahilyabai Nagar, Maharashtra. After this this paper was given to Shubham Khairnar of Nashik, who later gave it to Yash Yadav of Haryana. From Haryana, the paper reached Mangilal and Dinesh Biwal in Rajasthan, where it was distributed among their contacts in Sikar and Jaipur. Meanwhile, CBI is interrogating Sikar accused Rakesh Mandwaria. Dinesh Biwal’s son Rishi is said to be still absconding. This matter has raised serious questions on the credibility of NEET paper.
