Moradabad. A big social and religious news is coming out from Moradabad district of Uttar Pradesh. The foundation stone of a new mosque has been laid in Zahidpur Sikampur village of Bhagatpur block under Thakurdwara assembly constituency of the district. On this special occasion, a large number of people gathered from the village and surrounding areas. Veteran Samajwadi Party leader and former assembly candidate Mujahid Ali arrived as the chief guest in the program, who laid the foundation stone of the mosque.
Actually, the need for a new mosque was being felt in the village for a long time. According to the local people, there was enthusiasm among the villagers about this religious event for a long time. As soon as the program for laying the foundation stone was decided, discussion about it intensified in the entire area.
Foundation stone laid in presence of Mujahid Ali
SP leader Mujahid Ali, who arrived at the program to lay the foundation stone of the mosque, was warmly welcomed by the villagers. He laid the first brick of the mosque with his own hands. During this, the scholars and elders present there prayed for peace and brotherhood in the country. Mujahid Ali said on this occasion that mosques are not just places of worship, but they are also the center of keeping the society united and showing people the path of righteousness.
