New Delhi: To tighten the noose on the crime and drug network in the capital, the Outer North District Police has achieved great success by taking action on several fronts simultaneously. At some places, drug consignments worth crores of rupees were seized and at some places an alleged conspiracy of murder with weapons was exposed. During the press conference at Delhi Police Headquarters, Joint CP Vijay Singh said that the police team has got it done under the supervision of Outer North DCP Shobhit D Saxena. Along with this, the police safely recovered the missing 14-year-old minor under Operation Milap, while also nabbing two declared criminals who were absconding for a long time. These continuous actions have highlighted the strictness of the police against the criminal and drug networks operating in the area.
Heroin consignment, cash worth lakhs and luxury car recovered
Anti-Narcotics Squad Outer North raided the second floor of a house in New Sanoth Colony Bawana on September 23 and recovered 939 grams of high quality heroin. According to the police, the recovered heroin is of commercial quantity. Apart from this, 615 grams of adulterated/power-cut powder, a total of Rs 7 lakh 93 thousand 170 in cash and a Tata Harrier car were also recovered. In the action, Parvati and her alleged associate and bodyguard Vikas Kumar alias Shanu were arrested. According to the police, 12 criminal cases are already registered against Parvati under NDPS and Excise Act and she has been declared as BC of Narela Industrial Area police station.
In this regard, a case has been registered in Narela police station, FIR number 617/2026, under relevant sections of the NDPS Act. The police is now trying to find out where the drug came from, to whom it was to be delivered and who are the people active behind it. This action was taken under the leadership of Inspector Gaurav Chaudhary, Sub Inspector Pradeep Kumar, Sub Inspector Praveen Kumar, Sub Inspector Sandeep, Sub Inspector Vishvendra, Head Constable Sudhir Dahiya, Ashu Dev, Hakikat Rai, Prabhat Malik, Arun Kumar, Ankush, Vinay, Vikrant, Rajat, Female Head Constable Saubhagyawat, Female Head Constable Rita, Female Constable Ritika and Constable Komal. Deep's team did it.
Police's 'Operation Break' on alleged murder conspiracy
In the second major action, Bawana police station foiled the alleged murder conspiracy and arrested five accused. According to the police, five country-made pistols, 10 live cartridges and a stolen Hero Splendor Plus motorcycle were recovered from the possession of the accused. Police had received information that some people were allegedly doing recce of a person. On September 18, after receiving information about the activity of two armed men who had come from Haryana, the team increased surveillance. Police caught Rinku and Sumit on a stolen motorcycle. Two illegal weapons and four cartridges were recovered from them. As the investigation progressed, according to the police, the role of Ishu, Keshav alias Nonu and Sagar Dabus came to light. An illegal weapon and two cartridges were recovered from Keshav. In the investigation, the police have also said about the alleged contact with Nitin Dabas alias Vicky Hadal and the use of internet based calling medium. According to the police, investigation into other members of the network, financial transactions and source of weapons is ongoing.
In this case, FIR number 568/2026, under relevant sections of the Arms Act, has been registered at Bawana police station. This action was taken by the team of Sub Inspector Amit, Sub Inspector Vishnu, Head Constable Pradeep, Head Constable Deepak, Constable Ankit and Constable Pradeep under the leadership of Inspector Akhilesh Bajpayee, SHO of Bawana police station.
'Operation Milap' brought back the smile of the minor
The Anti Human Trafficking Unit of Outer North District Police, along with Samaypur Badli police station, safely recovered a 14-year-old missing minor boy. A case under section 137(2) of the Indian Judicial Code, FIR number 828/2026, was registered at Samaypur Badli police station on the complaint of a missing minor. Through technical assistance, field verification and constant monitoring, the police team located the minor and recovered him safely. In this action, ASI Manoj, ASI Mahesh and female head constable Seema played an important role on behalf of AHTU.
Pursuit of law continues even in decades old cases
AATS of Outer North District Police also intensified the operation against declared criminals and arrested two fugitives. According to the police, Bijendra alias Monda, aged about 60, was a declared criminal by the court in the case of Samaypur Badli police station in the year 1993. Hrithik, aged about 58 years, has been declared a declared criminal in the year 2024 of police station Budh Vihar. Both were searched and arrested on the basis of technical surveillance and field information. This action was taken by the team of ASI Sandeep and Head Constable Abhishek Khatri in the PO staff of AATS.
