Yogesh Kapure was born in an ordinary family, where the financial condition was very weak. His father was a rickshaw puller and the family survived on a very limited income. Since childhood he faced the harsh realities of life. There were times when even getting one meal for the family became a challenge. In such circumstances, he took up responsibilities at a very young age and started doing small jobs to support the family.
He worked as a loader, helper and plumber assistant. These works not only gave him financial support but also gave him the strength to understand the realities of life and fight the struggle. It was not easy for him to work along with studies, but he never gave up and kept moving towards his goal.
After completing graduation, Yogesh worked in the finance and banking sector.
