Garam Masala recipe

First of all clean all the whole spices thoroughly so that no dust or grit remains.

Then heat a kadai or pan on low flame. First add cinnamon, black cardamom, fennel and bay leaves and saute for 1 minute. Then, add coriander, cumin, black pepper, cloves and cardamom.
