Girl students ink ink on principal's face, detained on molestation charges

In a government school in Ajmer district of Rajasthan, girl students smeared ink on the face of their principal on Monday. The girl students have accused the principal of molesting them. Giving information, the police said that this incident took place in a government higher secondary school. In a government school, girl students and their parents demonstrated against the school principal Sushil Kumar Rinwa.

 

Pushkar police station officer Ashok Bishu said, 'The girl students smeared ink on the principal's face. On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and took the principal into custody. He said that a case is being registered against the principal under relevant sections for molesting girl students.

Report sent against the principal

 

Ajmer Chief District Education Officer Govind Narayan Sharma said that the report has been sent to higher authorities for action against the principal.

Statements of girl students recorded

 

He said, 'On receiving information about the protest, I sent an officer to the school. The officer recorded the statements of the girl students who have accused the principal of molestation. The report has been sent to higher authorities for action.

 

In Ajmer's Kekri area too, a government school teacher was suspended last week after similar allegations were made by girl students.
