Dandy. There is news of relief for the teachers associated with the teacher transfer process in Bihar. Under the second phase of the Education Department, the provisional process of allotting schools to surplus and mutual transfer teachers in Banka district has been completed. About one thousand teachers from primary to 12th have been allotted schools.

The process of school allotment was done on the basis of transfer marks and preference. Teachers who had higher weightage scores got the opportunity to choose the school of their choice first. According to officials, a large number of teachers have been allotted their first preferred school.
Apart from surplus teachers, teachers who applied for mutual transfer were also involved in this process. The department says that the entire process has been completed online and in a transparent manner.
Opportunity to lodge objection
Teachers dissatisfied with the provisional school allotment can register their objection online through the departmental portal. After this, final transfer letters will be issued after the process is completed.
According to the department, the final transfer letters of the concerned teachers will be made available on the e-Shikshakosh portal between September 10 and 14. This will facilitate the teachers to complete the further process of contribution to the new school.
