Good news for the youth! New AI universities will open in Bihar, government passed these 13 cool bills

Taking a big step, a total of 13 new bills were passed in the Bihar Legislative Council on Thursday. These bills mainly include important provisions related to higher education, establishment of private universities, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Computer Science, engineering, urban development, Panchayat Raj and ease of doing business. The state government has termed all these initiatives as a historic step in the field of education and employment.

Now students of Bihar will not wander to other states for studies

Higher Education Minister Sanjay Singh Tiger introduced ‘Bihar Private Universities (Amendment) Bill’ and ‘Bihar Specialized Universities Bill’ in the House. He clarified that the main aim of the government is to provide the best higher education to our children within the state. This initiative will reduce the compulsion of students to go to other states for studies and along with this, huge revenue going out of Bihar will also be saved.

New framework of AI, computer science and engineering

During this session, ‘Dr.’ from the Legislative Council. ‘Syama Prasad Mukherjee Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science University Bill’, ‘Bihar Engineering University (Amendment) Bill’ and ‘Shaheed Jubba Sahani Architectural and Civil Engineering University Bill’ have also been passed. The government has full hope that these important decisions will give a big boost to technical and employment-oriented education in the state.

Business will be easy, big changes in Panchayat and Municipal system also

These 13 bills also include ‘Bihar Ease of Doing Business Bill’, ‘Bihar Municipal Development Bill’ and ‘Bihar Panchayat Raj (Amendment) Bill’. Apart from this, the way has been cleared for changes in the old laws related to stamp, registration, shop-establishment and employment, which will provide a lot of convenience to the general public and businessmen.

Special focus on everything from crime control to prison reforms

To further strengthen the administrative system, ‘Bihar Prison and Correctional Services Bill’ and ‘Bihar Crime Control (Amendment) Bill’ have also been passed by the House. The government believes that these steps will make the provisions related to law and order in the state more effective.
