NOC received after changes in the film
Actually, this film is based on the India-China clash in Galwan Valley in 2020. Recently, relations between the two countries have softened, due to which the Defense Ministry had objections to some scenes of the film. For this reason the film was stuck. The makers have now made major changes in the film and showed the new cut to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, after which the Ministry has given NOC to the film.
If reports are to be believed, now the release date of the film is almost finalized. Salman and his team are targeting 13th November. The festive season after Diwali is considered perfect for the release of the film.
Certificate yet to be received from CBFC
However, there is still one last step left. The film is yet to get certificate from CBFC. The makers are going to send the film to the censor board soon. Getting NOC and passing from CBFC are two different things, but there is talk in the industry that if everything goes according to plan, the final release date of the film can be announced in the next 10 days. It is being told that in the new version the film has been shown with a more balanced and positive approach than before.
