Along with this, a legal notice of defamation has been issued by Govinda, according to which, a warning has been given to impose a fine of crores of rupees against those spreading fake news. In such a situation, if anyone is found guilty, strict action will be taken against him and compensation worth crores of rupees will also be recovered.

Recently, misleading news had surfaced on social media regarding Govinda's alleged court marriage. In which it was claimed that he was marrying Rani Swarnkar. Earlier, news had also surfaced regarding Govinda's divorce. Which were later proved to be wrong. Now Govinda has taken a tough stance on such news and rumours. In the notice issued by Govinda, a fine of Rs 100 crore has been warned against the culprits.
What warnings were given?
In the notice issued by Govinda, the general public, media institutions, digital platforms and content creators have been warned not to prepare, publish, upload, broadcast or share any false, defamatory, malicious, fabricated or unverified material related to Govinda or his family. The notice specifically mentions photographs, videos, audios, morphed images, deepfakes and artificial intelligence-generated synthetic content spread on social media. On behalf of Govinda, it has been said that his voice, picture, identity, likeness and any material related to personal life or marriage life is not allowed to be created, manipulated or used through AI or digital technology.
There is also mention of taking action against those found guilty.
The notice issued by Govinda has warned of civil and criminal action under applicable laws related to defamation, violation of privacy, misuse of identity and cyber crime. There is mention of action being taken under relevant legal provisions including the Indian Justice Code, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Not only this, the notice also warns that they can demand from the court to take action on bank accounts, ban on buying and selling of property, confiscation of passports and other legal steps against those found allegedly guilty.
Govinda was seen leaving the hospital
At the same time, a video of Govinda has surfaced on social media. In which he gave while leaving the hospital. In the viral video, the actor is wearing a mask on his mouth and he also looks quite sad. When the paparazzi asked, 'How are you sir?'
