Sanjeev Yadav, a 36-year-old employee working in a multinational company in Surat Nagar area of Gurugram, died under suspicious circumstances. According to the police, his body was found hanging in the house. His wife and seven-year-old son were present in the house at the time of the incident.
This case has also gained momentum because the family of the deceased has refused to consider it a suicide. The family alleges that there was a dispute going on between Sanjeev and his wife for a long time and the wife wanted a divorce. The shocking thing is that at the same time when Sanjeen was hanging himself, his son was recording the entire video on his phone.

1. According to the police, the deceased has been identified as 36-year-old Sanjeev Yadav. He was working as an Associate Operator in Denso Company based in Gurugram. Originally he was from Amritsar, Punjab and lived with his family in Surat city of Gurugram.
2. Police said that on Thursday, the body of Sanjeev Yadav was found hanging in the house. At the time of the incident, only his wife Manpreet Kaur and their seven-year old son were present in the house.
3. Police also said that the seven-year-old son recorded a video with his mobile phone. It is being told that in the video he is seeing his father hanging from the noose, while his mother is requesting someone to bring him down.
4. Sanjeev’s sister Kiran alleges that there was a dispute going on between her brother and sister-in-law for a long time. He says that Manpreet Kaur wanted divorce and that is why this case looks suspicious.
5. Kiran said that his brother could not have committed suicide. He has demanded that the entire matter be investigated in depth. He has also raised questions on the video. He says that Sanjeev’s weight was more than 100 kg, hence it is necessary to investigate the circumstances of his hanging.
6. Sanjeev’s father Ramsevak Yadav alleged that his daughter-in-law and some of her associates had hatched a conspiracy and murdered his son. He has demanded an impartial investigation into the matter.
7. On the basis of the family’s complaint, the police have taken Sanjeev’s wife into custody and started questioning and the matter is being investigated. According to the police, Sanjeev Yadav and Ambala resident Manpreet Kaur met about eight years ago while working at Denso Company in Gurugram.
8. Both of them had a love marriage on 29 April 2018. After marriage, both of them started living in Gurugram. Her son was born in the year 2019, after which Manpreet Kaur left her job.
9. Investigating officer Sub-Inspector Mahendra Singh said that the body has been handed over to the relatives after post-mortem.
10. He said that the police is investigating the case from every aspect. After the post mortem report comes, the exact cause of death will be clear and on that basis further action will be taken as per law.
