When many star-studded films are struggling at the box office, the devotional film Hanuman Partfeaturing no big-name stars and made on a budget of just Rs. 2 crore, is creating wonders in theatres.
The film was released in August and initially received a lukewarm response from the audience.

However, positive word of mouth and endorsements from celebrities have pushed the film to a point where it has become the cheapest Indian film ever to cross the Rs. 300 crore mark worldwide.
Its first two-week collection was only around Rs. 1.50 crore, but from the fourth week onwards, its box office performance started picking up, with its weekly collection rising to around Rs. 60 crore.
According to the latest numbers from Wednesday, which marked its 41st day in cinemas, the film’s domestic collection has reached Rs 237 crore net, while its gross collection stands at around Rs 280 crore.
As a result, after Dhurandhar 2, Border 2and Spider-Man: Brand New Daythe film has secured the fourth spot among the highest-grossing films of the year in India.
It has even surpassed the recent release Mirzapur: The Movie in terms of earnings by almost 50%.

Its overseas release was delayed, but in just two weeks, the film has collected around $2 million. This has taken its worldwide earnings past the Rs. 300 crore mark.
The film has also entered the top 10 Indian films of 2026, securing the ninth position.
Hanuman Part has already crossed the lifetime collection of Bhoot Bangla and is now heading towards surpassing Toxic and Skinsboth of which have earned around Rs. 340 crore.
