Haryana Congress: A big decision has come regarding discipline in Haryana Congress. The party has suspended with immediate effect five MLAs who cross-voted in the Rajya Sabha elections. After this action, the stir in the politics of the state has intensified and it is being seen as a tough stance of the party.

State President issued order
Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee President Rao Narendra Singh issued an order in this regard and said that these MLAs have been suspended from the primary membership of the party. He made it clear that this decision has been taken taking indiscipline seriously and this action has been taken on the recommendation of the State Disciplinary Committee. Also, before implementing this decision, the approval of Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge was also taken, which made it clear that the party is completely strict on this issue.

For violation of organizational discipline and voting against the authorized candidate in the Rajya Sabha elections, 5 MLAs of Haryana Congress are suspended from the primary membership of the party with immediate effect.

Which MLAs were blamed?
The MLAs who have been suspended include Shaili Chaudhary, Renu Bala, Mohammad Ilyas Punhana, Mohammad Israel and Jarnail Singh. All of them are MLAs from Narayangarh, Sadhaura, Ratia, Punhana and Hathin seats. The party has accused him of being involved in anti-party activities.

Cross voting became the reason
According to the press release issued, these MLAs had voted against the party’s authorized candidate during the recently held Rajya Sabha elections. Congress has considered this as serious indiscipline and has said that such a step is against the dignity of the organization, which will not be accepted under any circumstances.
