New Delhi: Under the 'Swachhta Hi Seva-2026' campaign, which is being run with the aim of further strengthening the image of a clean and healthy India, on Thursday, officers and employees of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare gave the message of cleanliness by donating labor in the capital. Under the 'One Day, One Hour, Together' initiative, officers themselves took part in the cleanliness drive and made people aware about cleanliness in a program organized near Dutva Bhawan-1.
Senior officers included under the leadership of Dr. Rajiv Bahl
The program was led by Dr. Rajiv Bahl, Secretary, Department of Health Research. Along with him, Additional Secretary Smt. Aradhana Patnaik, Additional Secretary Dr. Rakesh Gupta, Director General of Directorate General of Health Services Dr. Lovneesh Krishna and other senior officers and employees of the Ministry also participated in Shramdaan with full enthusiasm.

Officials gave the message of shared responsibility for cleanliness
In the morning, when officers and employees united for the cleanliness campaign, the entire atmosphere seemed filled with determination for cleanliness. By contributing to the cleanliness of public places, the officers gave the message that cleanliness is not just a government campaign but a shared responsibility of every citizen.
Told public participation as the biggest strength of the campaign
During this, the importance of collective efforts was emphasized, describing public participation as the biggest strength of the cleanliness campaign. Officials said that clean public places are the foundation of a healthy society and for their protection, active participation of common citizens along with the government is necessary.
Message of mass movement received from 'One day, one hour, together'
Through the 'One Day, One Hour, Ek Saath' campaign, the Health Ministry gave the message of cleanliness as well as a healthy and sustainable public environment. This effort of Shramdaan also underlined that when every section of the society comes forward unitedly for cleanliness, the campaign takes the form of a mass movement.
