A very serious and shameful case has come to light from Kurar area of Mumbai, where an auto rickshaw driver tried to blackmail a female passenger by making a hidden video (MMS) of her and forcibly having sex with her.
What is the whole matter?
According to the police, the victim girl was about to take an auto from Kurar to go to KFC in Malad. Then the accused auto driver Mohammad Afzal Ashif Khan made her sit in his auto and started secretly recording her video with his mobile during the journey. The girl got suspicious, but she did not say anything immediately. Even when she reached KFC and started paying, the accused continued making videos. On protesting, the accused threatened to make the video viral and tried to forcibly have sex.
Immediate action of traffic police
Samta Nagar traffic police, present at the spot at the time of the incident, took swift action and detained the accused on the spot and handed him over to Kurar police.

According to Kurar police officer Umesh Patil, the statement of the victim has been recorded and a case has been registered against the accused under serious sections like molestation, making videos without permission and threatening.
