Hi-Tech Pipes Q1FY27 sales volume up 26% YoY to record high
Hi-Tech Pipes Limited on July 3 announced its highest ever quarterly sales volume, reporting 1,56,136 MT in the first quarter of FY27, marking a 26 percent year on year growth compared to 1,24,027 MT in the corresponding quarter of FY26. On a sequential basis, sales volume grew 6 percent from 1,47,127 MT in the fourth quarter of FY26.
The company attributed the growth to continued demand from the infrastructure, construction and engineering segments, supported by its diversified product portfolio, expanded manufacturing capacities and customer relationships.
Hi-Tech Pipes is a manufacturer of ERW steel pipes with a presence spanning steel pipes, hollow sections, tubes, cold rolled coils and strips, road crash barriers, solar mounting structures, GP and GC sheets and colour coated coils. The company operates eight integrated manufacturing facilities located at Sikandrabad in Uttar Pradesh, Sanand in Gujarat, Hindupur near Bangalore in Andhra Pradesh, and Khopoli in Maharashtra, with a consolidated installed capacity of 10,50,000 MTPA. The company has stated it is on track to reach a capacity of 2 million tonnes by FY29, and currently has a direct marketing presence across more than 20 states through over 550 dealers and distributors.
The disclosure was made to the National Stock Exchange and BSE under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015, and was signed by Arun Kumar, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
