National Award-winning music composer Amit Trivedi recently revealed how the song’s viral hook, “Chal na reel banate hain,” came to be. He said his goal was to create a song that would instantly connect with today’s young generation. With its catchy music, endearing chemistry, and modern vibes, “Feel Banaate Hain” beautifully captures the world of “Yeh Fitoor Tera,” a place where young love, new friendships, and the carefree spirit of Gen Z are explored.
Explaining the story behind the hook line “Chal na reel banate hain,” Amit Trivedi said, “We needed a fun song for a Gen Z show like ‘Yeh Fitoor Tera’. The concept of the song was a girl singing for her favorite boy. With that thought in mind, and keeping in mind today’s times, the line “Chal na reel banate hain” came to our mind. Everyone is making reels these days, so the line felt very relatable. Geet Sagar has written the lyrics beautifully.
He has captured the mood of the song and the emotions of the female lead so well. I had a lot of fun composing this song.
