Toronto Life Viral Video: On social media, people often comment on others’ lives and work without having complete information. Rachel, a resident of Jharkhand, responded to one such comment in a very funny way.
Rachel is currently working in Toronto, Canada. A user commented on her Instagram post, asking, “How much do you get for washing dishes in Toronto?” The sarcasm and stereotype were evident in the comment.
However, instead of getting upset or arguing with the comment, Rachel decided to respond in her own way. She incorporated the comment into her video, showing what a typical working day looks like for her in Toronto.

Jharkhand girl Rachel’s video from Toronto goes viral
In a video shared from the Instagram handle @really_ratchel, Rachel begins by reading the comment. She then appears to prepare for work. In the video, she takes a bus and then the subway to her office.
She uses her ID card to enter the office and, upon entering, makes coffee. She is then seen working at her desk, surrounded by several computer screens.
In the video, she jokingly says, “Now let’s start washing dishes in Toronto.” She also shows a glimpse of lunch with her coworkers and the beautiful city view from her office. Finally, showing her empty coffee cup, she jokes that she forgot to wash the dishes and will come back the next day.
Rachel gave a funny reply to trolling
Social media users are loving Rachel’s response, who say she responded to the troll in a brilliant way, without any controversy or anger.
Many users also questioned the tendency among Indians to undervalue certain jobs. One user pointed out that while people in diverse jobs are respected abroad, in India, service sector jobs are often looked down upon.
Many people praised Rachel’s confidence and her response. Several users, including actress Nupur Sanon, also expressed their support for the video. The viral video once again demonstrates that it’s more important to respect someone’s hard work and accomplishments than to judge their work or life.
