step 1- First of all, put 1 cup of desi ghee in a big and wide mouthed vessel or any vessel and bowl. Ghee should be of normal temperature or melted. Now add ice cubes in it.

Step.2- Now move the ice in circular motion over the ghee with clean hands. This is a hand whisking process, in which you have to rotate the ice continuously in a normal speed.

Step.3- As you beat ghee with ice, you will see a change in its texture within 1 to 2 minutes. The texture of ghee will become absolutely soft and fluffy. It will feel exactly like butter and will feel light.
