Hyderabad, 19 September 2026: In a tragic road accident near Hyderabad, Telangana, four people died on the spot and the driver was seriously injured.
According to Shamshabad Police, this horrific road accident took place on National Highway-44 outside Palamkula village. It is reported that after the accident, four people traveling in the Innova car died on the spot.
The victims were returning from Ganesh immersion.
According to the police, all the victims of the accident were returning from their hometown in Mahabubnagar. He had gone to the village to participate in the rituals and festivals of Ganesh immersion. This tragic accident took place while returning after the discharge.
After the Ganesh immersion, the affected family was traveling in a four-wheeler from their native village 'Mettugudda Thanda' in Nawabpet mandal of Mahabubnagar towards Shamshabad.
The car driver suffered serious injuries in this horrific accident. Shamshabad police had said that the injured driver has been identified as Sabath Ashok.
He has been admitted to the private hospital 'Trident Hospital' in Shamshabad in a critical condition and is currently undergoing treatment. Police have registered the case and taken further action.
