Shraddha Dubey, who has till now presented her side through video in the much talked about Shiva Sharma death case of Lucknow, came before the media for the first time. Speaking to news agency NNI, he described the allegations against him as baseless and claimed to have implicated himself. Shraddha Dubey says that Shiva's mother did not like me, because I was one or two years older than Shiva. When she was asked why did she run away from the spot? In response, Shraddha Dubey said that she was scared because she was accused of murder. Shraddha Dubey demanded a fair investigation by the judiciary and the police. She claims that if the cameras installed in the building are investigated, I will be found innocent.
Shraddha Dubey said, 'All the allegations are baseless. Because of someone saying that we have committed murder. I did not commit any murder, because it was a suicide. I saw that with my own eyes. He (Shiva) jumped from the fourth floor of my building. If the CCTV footage is released, I will be clearly proven innocent, because the cameras have not been removed yet. Cameras have been removed till Nepal border, but is there any problem in removing the cameras of my building.

Shiva's mother made false allegations: Shraddha
Shraddha Dubey further said that I did not do anything. He also described his and Shiva's friendship as four months old. She also said that Shiva had started coming to her house recently. Shraddha said, 'I have known that guy for four months. If my call details are out then I will know only for four months. He has been my friend only for two-two and a half months. Never came to my house. Now he started coming to my house for the last two months. Our things can't get so bad in two months that we think of each other like this. This is not right. Her mother has made false allegations because her mother did not like me at all.
'Shiva had a lot of loan'
Shraddha claims that Shiva had a lot of loan. He was the one who gave this information. He was troubled by receiving calls from creditors. It was also told that a few days ago Shiva had stolen jewelery from her house. However, Shraddha called it her personal matter.
Shraddha said, 'Just a few days ago, Shiva had told that he has a lot of loan. He was very worried because he was getting calls from creditors. He had a loan of Rs 16 or 17 lakh. He also asked for some money from me.

It was further told that a few months ago Shiva had picked up jewelery worth Rs 5-6 lakh. Although this was my personal matter. He himself had also said that he would return the jewellery. Anyway he could take the jewelery because he was my man.
