‘I swear by Mahadev, I also make mistakes’, said Ravikishan on work from home statement
There was an uproar on social media over the statement of BJP MP from Gorakhpur Ravikishin on ‘work from home’. Many people asked sharp questions and someone even advised him to make him the Education Minister. As the matter escalated, Ravikishan issued a clarification. He said that I am also a common man. Like others, I also make mistakes. Don’t know why my statements go viral on the internet?
Actually, due to the West Asia crisis, Ravikishan was responding to the appeal of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Then instead of ‘work from home’ he said ‘home from work’.
Ravikishan responded to PM Modi’s appeal
Ravikishan says in his statement, ‘PM Modi has asked the people to please not buy gold for a year. Do not travel abroad. Do not use petrol-diesel. Avoid vehicles. Use the metro. Use e-vehicles and e-rickshaws. He further said that ‘work from home’ is very important. Again that time has come that if your work and office can be run from home then you should not go out. All your expenses stop there.
I don’t know why I go viral?
Now Ravikishan has issued a clarification on this statement. At the trailer launch of the upcoming film ‘Maa Behan’ on Netflix, Ravikishan said, ‘I swear to Mahadev, I don’t know why I go viral? I said ‘work from home’. Then one said ‘early the late’. I was going to Parliament. Instead of ‘work from home’ it was to be said ‘work from home’. Turns out… I’m a human being. People look at me as if I have come from a different space. I am a man. I make and will always make mistakes just like you all. I don’t know why you guys make me viral.
Ravikishan further said that everyone asks me about going viral, even in my own party. Seniors also ask what you do… I say I don’t know.
