Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) launched its 2026 recruitment drive for Management Trainee (HR) positions, inviting eligible candidates to apply online by April 29.
The recruitment notification was released on April 24, and the application window opened the same day.
Candidates must hold either a five‑year integrated MBA or a two‑year full‑time MBA/PGDM in Human Resource or Personnel Management from a UGC or AICTE-recognised institute. General and OBC applicants require a minimum of 60 per cent marks, while SC and ST candidates need at least 55 per cent. The maximum age limit is 25 years as of April 30, with relaxations as per government norms.
IFFCO emphasised that applicants must demonstrate computer proficiency and knowledge of both Hindi and English. Applications submitted through any medium other than the official website will not be accepted.
The selection process begins with an online test, the scheduling of which depends on the number of applications received. Shortlisted candidates will then attend a personal interview, followed by a mandatory medical examination. Successful candidates will undergo a one‑year training programme with a stipend of approximately Rs 55,000 per month, including allowances.
The roles will be based across IFFCO’s units and subsidiaries throughout India, with the possibility of transfers to future establishments. Officials said the recruitment aims to attract young professionals capable of contributing to IFFCO’s nationwide operations.
IFFCO urged candidates to complete the process via the official portal before the April 29 deadline to ensure their applications remain valid.
