This sweet is delicious It is necessary to make—
• 2 cups milk powder
• 1 cup full-cream milk
• Half a cup of ghee
• 1 cup of sugar
• Half teaspoon cardamom powder
• 8–10 saffron
• 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios and cashews
• Silver plate for garnishing (if desired)
How to make?
Step 1: Spread some ghee on a flat plate or tray. If you want, you can spread parchment paper over it. It will make it easier to cut and remove barfi.
Step 2: Heat ghee in a heavy pan on low heat. Pour the milk into the pot and keep stirring with the sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. If using saffron, pre-soak a few saffron in a tablespoon of warm milk. At this point mix the milk-containing saffron into this original milk.
Step 3: Gradually add the milk powder, stirring rapidly. Stir well so that the mixture does not form lumps. Add cardamom powder when it starts to thicken. Barfi is almost ready when the mixture comes out of the pot and becomes a soft paste. This usually takes 10-12 minutes. Do not raise the heat at this point.

Step 4: Quickly pour the mixture into the greased tray and spread evenly with a spatula. Spread the chopped pistachios and almonds on top and press lightly with your hands so that the almonds stick to the barfi. If you want, you can decorate it with silver tin.
Step 5: Leave it at room temperature for about 30-40 minutes. Once set, cut into squares or diamonds and serve.
Barfi can be made with many things. Sometimes coconut, sometimes cashew, sometimes chocolate can be mixed in the mixture. This dessert tastes the same every time.
