Actually, before the fifth T20 match to be held in Southampton, Team India’s bus was stuck in a traffic jam. Due to which the Indian players could not reach the stadium on time and the toss had to be delayed. However, later Team India reached the field and preparations for starting the match progressed. The toss of this match was delayed by 45 minutes. The toss took place at 7:15 pm Indian time.

Changes in playing 11

Two major changes were seen in India’s playing 11 for the fifth and last T20 match played at the Rose Bowl in Southampton. 15-year-old young sensation Vaibhav Suryavanshi has been left out of the playing eleven in this match. In his place, experienced wicketkeeper batsman Sanju Samson has returned to the team. Apart from this, Suryansh Shedge has been given a chance in the final eleven in place of Washington Sundar.
