The T20 series matches will be played on grounds like Christchurch, Wellington, Auckland and Hamilton, but famous cricket commentator and expert Harsha Bhogle raised a big issue regarding this tour. According to Harsha, the team gave opportunity to many players, but mistakes were also seen as per the format. In fact, many new faces and different players have been included in the team for all three formats (T20, ODI and Test). Harsha Bhogle expressed objection over Aaqib Nabi's name not being in the Test team. Nabi had performed amazingly with the red ball in domestic cricket. In such a situation, he can prove fatal for the team on the New Zealand pitch.

According to Harsha Bhogle, some new faces have been included in Team India in different formats. A separate team of India A was also announced simultaneously. According to Harsha, the Indian team will have to select the playing eleven very carefully in New Zealand.

The Indian team can take the field with a new strategy in the first T20 against New Zealand. India were playing with two spin all-rounders in the West Indies series at home. But considering the circumstances in New Zealand, Team India can go with the option of an additional fast bowling all-rounder. It has been seen on the New Zealand pitch that fast bowlers get good help. Because of this, India can give a chance to an additional fast bowling all-rounder in place of Akshar Patel.

Akshar got a chance to play in the West Indies series. But in New Zealand, fast bowlers get more help. Therefore, apart from Shivam Dubey, Shreyas Iyer can go with the option of an additional fast bowling all-rounder in the form of Nitish Kumar Reddy.

In the absence of Jasprit Bumrah, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, who returned to the team after four years, will take charge of the fast bowling. Bhuvi will be supported by left arm fast bowler Arshdeep Singh. Prince Yadav can be seen as the third fast bowling option.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi will not get a chance

Captain Iyer has already told before the match that Vaibhav Suryavanshi will not get a chance in the playing-11 because the team's openers Sanju Samson and Abhishek Sharma are continuously scoring runs and have won the World Cup for India.

Varun Chakraborty can play the role of spinner. Whereas Kuldeep Yadav may have to sit out. Apart from this, Naman Dheer can play the role of an additional spinner as an all-rounder.
