Encounter between Delhi Police and miscreants, Ashish Bakkarwal arrested

An encounter took place between police and criminals in Bakkarwala Road area of Outer District of Delhi. Two rounds of firing took place from both sides. After the encounter, the police arrested Ashish Bakkarwal, son of notorious vehicle thief Manoj Bakkarwal. According to Delhi Police, Ashish Bakkarwal has more than 8 criminal cases registered against him and he was wanted in four cases. Police claim that he was also working for Himanshu Bhau gang.

Police had received information on Saturday night that Ashish was going to come to his village Bakkarwala. Based on the information, the special staff team of Outer District laid a trap in the area and laid siege. When Ashish reached there, the police asked him to surrender, but he started firing at the police team. In response, the police also fired two rounds of bullets. After this the police caught him. At present the police is interrogating the accused and further investigation is going on.
