The five-match T20 series between India and New Zealand is going to start from October 22. The Indian team will tour New Zealand for this series. Before the series, New Zealand has announced its 16-member team. Star all-rounder Rachin Ravindra, who is struggling with injury, has not got a place in the team, while fast bowler Adam Milne has returned to the T20 International team after almost a year.
Michael Bracewell also returned to the team
13 players who played in the T20 World Cup have been retained in the New Zealand team. Spin all-rounder Michael Bracewell and fast bowler Adam Milne have returned after recovering from injury.
Apart from Rachin Ravindra, fast bowler Ben Sears will also not be a part of the series due to injury. Bevon Jacobs has been included in the team as a batting option in the middle order. He has played 11 T20 International matches so far. In his last match against Bangladesh, Jacobs had played an unbeaten inning of 62 runs.
Milne will play T20 International after about a year
Adam Milne will be seen playing T20 International for New Zealand after almost a year. He played his last T20 International match against South Africa in July 2025.
Along with Milne, New Zealand's fast bowling attack for the series against India also includes Lockie Ferguson, Matt Henry, Kyle Jamieson, Jacob Duffy, Jack Fox and Nathan Smith. At the same time, Ben Sears is out of the team due to ankle injury.
