New Delhi: The popular singing reality show ‘Indian Idol 16’ has come to a spectacular end. The audience got to see an exciting contest in the grand finale aired on Sunday, July 26. Ultimately, Jyotirmayee Nayak of Odisha won the trophy of Indian Idol 16 on the basis of her brilliant singing. Along with the win, he was also given a cash prize of Rs 20 lakh.
There was competition between these three contestants in the final
Jyotirmayee Nayak, Manraj Veer Singh and Tanishk Shukla reached the top-3 in the grand finale. All three won the hearts of the audience and judges with their excellent performances, but Jyotirmoyee got the most votes and appreciation, after which she was declared the winner of this season.

Jyotirmayee presented the song ‘Saiyan Pakad Baiyan’ in the finale. The special thing was that this song had impressed everyone during his audition and had taken him to the show. At the same time, Tanishk Shukla received a lot of praise by singing ‘Tu aishke meri zindagi mein shamil hai’, but he missed out on winning the title.
