International Yoga Day celebrated in Upgraded Middle School Harijan Karma, message given to adopt healthy lifestyle

Chauparan Hazaribagh Jharkhand:-

On the occasion of International Yoga Day in Chauparan, a grand yoga program was organized in the upgraded middle school Harijan Karma campus located in Karma Panchayat. Panchayat representatives, school management committee members, teachers, students and villagers enthusiastically participated in the program and practiced yoga and took a pledge to live a healthy and fit life.

Karma Panchayat head Devanti Devi, MLA representative Rajdev Yadav, School Management Committee Chairman Naresh Bhuyan and school headmaster Surendra Das were mainly present in the program. Under the guidance of yoga instructors, the people present practiced various yogasanas and pranayama. During this, information about the importance of yoga and its physical and mental benefits was also given.

On this occasion, MLA representative Rajdev Yadav said that Yoga is an invaluable heritage of India’s ancient culture. By practicing yoga regularly, a person remains physically healthy, mentally strong and spiritually balanced. He appealed to all the people to adopt yoga in their daily life.

Mukhiya Devanti Devi said that yoga is not just an exercise but a complete method of living a healthy life. In the present times, amidst increasing diseases and stressful lifestyle, Yoga is proving to be very beneficial for the people. He urged the people of the Panchayat to do yoga regularly.

Principal Surendra Das said that yoga is very important for the all-round development of students. Yoga increases concentration, reduces mental stress and develops physical capacity. Yoga and health awareness programs will be organized in the school from time to time.

At the end of the program, all the people present took a pledge to do yoga regularly and also to make their family and society aware about yoga. The atmosphere of the entire program was full of enthusiasm, energy and health awareness.
