iQOO Pad Ultra— Tech brand iQOO has announced the official launch date of its new Android tablet iQOO Pad Ultra. The company will launch this new gaming tablet in the market on September 29 at 7:00 pm Chinese time (4:30 pm Indian time) along with its flagship smartphone iQOO 16. The brand has started accepting pre-reservations for it in China on its official website, JD.com, Tmall and Douyin.

Design and active cooling fan seen in teaser
According to the official teasers released by the company, the iQOO Pad Ultra will be offered in two colors — 'Ender Black' and 'Star Armor Silver'. A square-shaped camera module is provided on the rear panel of this tablet, which has a single camera and ring-shaped LED flash.
The biggest update for gaming enthusiasts is the in-built PC-grade active cooling fan. This fan will keep the temperature of the device under control during long gaming sessions, so that the performance will not drop. Furthermore, the tablet features an 8.8-inch display and weighs only 298 grams. It also supports dedicated gaming accessories like the dual-sided stretchable gamepad clip and e-sports clip.
Operating system and expected specifications
iQOO Pad Ultra will run on OriginOS 7 out-of-the-box. This new interface will come with Blue Heart Little V Pro Mode, system-wide AI features and updated visual lighting.

Leaks and Geekbench listing
According to tech rumours, Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chipset with Adreno 850 GPU can be found in iQOO Pad Ultra. It was recently spotted on Geekbench with model number iPA2691, where it was listed with 16GB RAM. For power backup, the tablet is expected to have a battery with a capacity of more than 9,000mAh.
The company will reveal other details related to its price and global availability in the official event to be held on September 29.
