Lucknow. LDA has built a building under the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Housing Scheme on the land of Mafia Mukhtar Ansari in Dalibagh, a posh area of ​​Lucknow, the capital of UP. This is also the dream project of CM Yogi Adityanath, but now it has got a tremendous twist. The Irrigation Department has put up notices in these buildings. It was written that these buildings were built illegally.

Let us tell you that the Irrigation Department has declared LDA’s Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Scheme of Dalibagh as encroachment. Describing it as Irrigation Department land, a demolition notice was pasted on it. However, LDA people have hidden the notice. If the claim of the Irrigation Department turns out to be true then this plan of 72 flats will be in trouble.

This scheme has been brought on the land vacated from the possession of mafia Mukhtar Ansari. About six months ago, the Chief Minister had distributed allotment letters to the allottees of the scheme with his own hands. Housewarming items were also given. However, the house entry of any allottee has not been done yet. They have not got possession. After the notice, the Irrigation Department squad had arrived on Thursday to demolish it. During this time there was a clash between the local people and the officials of the Irrigation Department.

The Irrigation Department pasted the eviction notice along with a warning to remove the encroachment within 7 days. The notice created panic among the allottees. After public protest, the department removed the notice. The place with the notice was later painted over.
