The meeting of Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) held in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, has concluded. BSP supremo Mayawati has appointed her younger nephew Ishaan Anand as the national convenor of Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP). Ishaan Anand is the younger brother of Akash Anand. His father Anand Kumar is the younger brother of BSP chief. Amidst the role of familyism in the party, BSP has given this big responsibility to Ishan Anand.
Ishaan Anand has recently completed his law studies. Now he has been given a big responsibility like National Convenor in the party. On his appointment, Ishaan Anand expressed his gratitude to party supremo Mayawati and assured that he will take the party and the movement forward by working with full devotion and honesty under her guidance.

Ishaan Anand has got this responsibility in BSP after the announcement of the party supremo in which he had said that he will not give any role to any son of his younger brother. Then Mayawati had said that younger brother Anand Kumar can take the help of his daughter, but none of his sons will get any post in the party. Not only this, he had also said that the next generation of nephews would also be kept away from the party.

Brainstorming on elections in three states
Former CM Mayawati called an All India meeting of BSP in Lucknow on Wednesday. In this, the assembly elections to be held in UP, Uttarakhand and Punjab were discussed. BSP is preparing to contest elections alone in all three states. The party reviewed its preparations and decided to make some changes in the organization.
