According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, the effect of rain can be seen in about 32 districts of North, Central and South Bihar. Patna, Bhojpur, Buxar, Kaimur, Rohtas, Aurangabad, Gaya, West Champaran, East Champaran, Sitamarhi, Shivhar, Madhubani, Supaul, Araria, Kishanganj, Purnia, Katihar, Saharsa, Madhepura, Darbhanga, Muzaffarpur, Vaishali, Samastipur, Begusarai, Khagaria, Bhagalpur, Banka, Munger, There are chances of good rain in Jamui, Lakhisarai, Nawada, Nalanda.
Warning of strong wind and thunderstorm
Along with the rain, strong winds can blow at a speed of 30 to 50 kilometers per hour. There is a possibility of lightning along with thunder in many districts. The risk of lightning is considered high especially in North Bihar and the areas around Ganga. In such a situation, people have been advised to avoid going to open places during bad weather.
