Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association: President Javed Ahmed Kitab suspended, suspension motion passed 8-0
Javed Ahmed Kitab Suspended post of JKCA president: Administrative dispute has once again come to light in Jammu Kashmir Cricket Association. Association President Javed Ahmed Kitab has been suspended with immediate effect, about 35 days after assuming the post. Eight members of the JKCA Apex Council supported the proposal of his suspension, while one member did not comment.
After this, by passing the resolution with a majority of 8-0, it was decided to remove Javed Ahmed from the post of President. However, the reasons behind the suspension have not been officially disclosed. The notification issued by the JKCA Secretary said that the proposal was not sent to him as the matter was related to the conduct of the President. After this decision, once again the controversy in Jammu and Kashmir cricket administration seems to be deepening.
Javed Ahmed book suspended with immediate effect
Eight members of the Apex Council supported the decision to remove Javed Ahmed from the post. However, no information has been given regarding the reason for which he has been removed from the post. Javed Ahmed had assumed the post of president just 35 days ago. After this decision, JKCA has once again come into controversy. The notification of removal of Javed Ahmed from the post was issued by the Secretary of JKCA.
Apex Council passed the proposal 8-0
It has been said in the notification that this proposal was not sent to Javed Ahmed because the matter was related to the conduct of the Speaker and his own suspension. However, this proposal was sent to the remaining 9 members, out of which 8 members agreed to remove Javed Ahmed from the post. However, one member did not respond to this proposal. For this reason, while approving this proposal with a majority of 8-0, it was decided to suspend Javed Ahmed from the post of JKCA President with immediate effect.
The notification said that JKCA has instructed all its officers, employees, district units and other officials to implement this decision with immediate effect. It is noteworthy that Javed Ahmed took over as the President of Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association on May 22.

JKCA had performed brilliantly
Jammu and Kashmir cricket team has performed amazingly in domestic cricket in the recent past. Under the captaincy of Paras Dogra, the team performed brilliantly in the Ranji Trophy and won the title for the first time. Jammu and Kashmir had ended 67 years of drought.
The team had defeated Karnataka in the final match on the basis of the lead in the first innings. The performance of fast bowler Aaqib Nabi Dar from Jammu and Kashmir was excellent and he took a total of 60 wickets in the tournament.
