Jay Chou and wife’s real estate portfolio reportedly worth $66M

Taiwanese outlet Next Apple reported Thursday that since the early 2000s, Chou has purchased at least 10 homes in some of Taipei’s most exclusive neighborhoods, where many billionaires reside. His family’s primary residence is in the Peace Palace tower in Taipei, which he bought for NT$660 million.
Chou has also purchased properties under the names of his mother and mother-in-law. In addition to real estate, he is known to spend heavily on fine art and antiques.
With a career spanning more than two decades, Chou has maintained strong popularity and commercial appeal across music and advertising. According to Fortune Chinahe earned more than 2.1 billion yuan (US$307.4 million) between 2017 and 2020. For over 15 years, he has consistently ranked among the highest-earning entertainers in the Chinese-speaking world.
Chou, 47, is a multi-talented artist with notable achievements in singing, songwriting, instrument performance, and acting. He is widely known as the “King of Mandopop” for his long list of hits. On screen, he has appeared in films such as “Curse of the Golden Flower” and “True Legend.”
He married Quinlivan, 33, in 2015. The couple has three children, and their relationship is widely admired by fans. According to 163.comChou is devoted to his wife and encourages her to pursue her interests. He has given her both lavish and personal gifts, including a US$10 million home and songs he composed and performed for her.
Chou also occasionally shares tributes to his wife on social media. Marking their 11th wedding anniversary recently, he wrote: “Whether I’m called the best male singer means little. Whether a film gets made, or stays a dream, is just fine, even if my imagination never seems to rest. Whether the records top the charts across the world hardly matters at all.”
