Jharkhand surrounded by saffron wave
Amidst the political turmoil in Jharkhand, Congress spokesperson Rakesh Sinha has come to the defense of Chief Minister Hemant Soren and made a scathing attack on BJP. He stressed that the name of Jharkhand’s leadership is Hemant Soren and not ‘Hemant Biswa Sarma’ which means that he is not one to change his loyalty out of fear.
Unique specialty of soil of Jharkhand
According to Rakesh Sinha, Hemant Soren is the true son of this earth. Giving an analogy, he said that a unique feature of the soil of Jharkhand is that the more someone tries to suppress or crush it, the more strongly it stands up and creates its own identity.
became a political arena
He alleged that BJP tried to carry out ‘Operation Lotus’ in Jharkhand, used agencies like ED and CBI and even turned Raj Bhavan into a political arena. Despite all these maneuvers, the Grand Alliance remains completely united and strong under the leadership of Hemant Soren. Congress party says that BJP’s tactics will never succeed in Jharkhand.
BJP’s morale boosted by Bengal’s victory
Senior BJP leader Babulal Marandi has expressed full confidence that ultimately BJP government will be formed in Jharkhand also. Referring to the previous elections, he said that even though there may have been a difference in the number of seats won, the actual difference in vote share was not much. Taking aim at the present government, Babulal Marandi said that the public was under the misconception that Hemant Soren coming to power will bring development and law and order will improve.
But after one and a half year of the government’s tenure has passed, the situation has worsened even more. He alleged that the illegal trade of coal, sand and gravel is going on directly under the protection of the police and the government itself. The audacity of the criminals has increased so much that now they are even threatening the police officers. BJP claims that the public has now understood everything and the results of the coming elections will erase these stains from the state.
Questioning the election results of Bengal, JMM leader Mithilesh Thakur alleged that power there was achieved only on the strength of central agencies and security forces. He said that BJP repeatedly hatched conspiracies in Jharkhand like ‘Operation Lotus’ and conspiracies to send the Chief Minister to jail but all their moves backfired.
Crossed the mark of 70 seats
Giving warning, Mithilesh Thakur said that INDIA alliance got the benefit of BJP’s previous conspiracies due to which they were able to reach the figure of 56 seats. He stressed that if BJP tries to do any ‘reckless act’ or conspiracy in future, then this time the alliance will directly cross the mark of 70 seats. He is confident that the people of Jharkhand will not allow the conspiracies of BJP to succeed.
