In the post, he said that his recently launched We the Leaders Movement is on the right track towards becoming a political party by July and aims to have 50 lakh members.

Former BJP Tamil Nadu President K. Annamalai has posted a video on her social media. In the video, he said that today many political organizations can claim that they have one crore, 50 lakh, 30 lakh or 1.5 crore members, but we are not involved in that race. The most important thing in our political movement is honesty.

‘People’s movement will make the issue of statehood’

K Annamalai said that the membership campaign will continue for many months to come. He said that his aim is to transform the organization into a big mass movement, so that it can strongly raise the issues of the state. On drug addiction among the young generation, he said that the increasing drug habit among the youth has now become a serious problem. His organization will take it up as a big mass movement. Apart from this, awareness campaign will also be conducted on all other issues including education, employment and governance in the state.
