Kalyanpuri Horror: Delhi Police Constable Shoots Wife After Argument; Leaves Her On Road To Die
New Delhi: A Delhi Police constable has been accused of shooting his wife dead following an argument while the couple was traveling on a scooter in East Delhi’s Kalyanpuri area.
The shocking incident took place on Sunday evening and has triggered a massive search operation to trace the accused, who fled immediately after the firing.

Dispute escalated on the road
According to police, the husband and wife were riding together when an argument reportedly broke out between them. During the altercation, the constable allegedly stopped the scooter on the roadside and opened fire at his wife. She collapsed on the road after sustaining a gunshot injury.
Eyewitnesses present near the spot immediately rushed to help the injured woman. Around four to five bystanders arranged an autorickshaw and shifted her to a nearby hospital, where doctors later declared her dead.
Accused Constable Absconding
After the shooting, the accused allegedly escaped from the scene, leaving his injured wife behind. Police teams have launched a manhunt to locate him. Investigators are scanning CCTV footage from the surrounding area and collecting eyewitness accounts to reconstruct the sequence of events.
